Hugh has dived in nearly every dive site in Ireland... he has also dived abroad, The Red Sea, Great Barrier Reef, Thiland, South Africia, and Lanzorote to name a few. Hugh is a long term Cox'n in Monaghan Sub Aqua Club, I'm told he towed the Boat to Kerry, Donegal, Mayo, Galway and anywhere you wanted to dive. He was our previous equipments officer for many years. Hugh took many of our last crew of trainees on their starting dives and was there as their Cox'n on the day they passed their 2 star test. Hugh likes the BIG BREAKFAST before his day of diving, so if your travelling with him, ENJOY, and pray the sea is calm!!!!!!

Frank says he enjoys relaxing diving, he has dived, in the Canairi Islands, Phillipines, Maldives, 34 Wrecks in the red sea including the Thiselgorm ( which is disintegrating quickly he said), he is heading to Cape Town this year to dive with the Big Whites. Frank says some of the best dives in Ireland are in Donegal, or with Scuba Dive West (guess who is getting free diving for that advert!!).
Thomas Cobine
Thomas is a member of MSAC since 2007. 2 Star Diver Thomas likes swim thru's, he looks forward to diving a few wrecks in the future... Some say he has found his one and only wreck at the bottom of the Ocean... best leave you all to work that one out for yourselves...!!! Thomas is a super Cox'n and the only member of the club to get the boat on the trailer at first shot, no matter what slip we are on... saves Gerry working on the wench... Thomas enjoys looking at Marine Life, and he too likes Dog Fish for some reason.. Thomas has said "diving with Emma is Bliss, she cant give out for a full 40 mins or so!!"

Gearoid's Favourite dive site is St. Johns Point, shore dive or boat dive. (See his photo backround). He dived in Spain this year with a group from CFT Clubs in the region. I'd say Gearoids favourite part of his dive kit is his mask... he never loans it to anyone.. Its prescription lads!!! Gearoid is a Qualified Member of our Search & Recovery Team. Gearoid has also passed his experience on to his family... mind you not all of them, cause thats alot of dive bottles to fill!!!
